Wreck diver Speciality course – where else but Scapa Flow!!
Scapa Flow, quite simply, boasts some of the most accessible and best Wreck Diving in the world. If you are going to do a wreck diving course, then why do it anywhere else!
This course is for those divers who want to get more out of wreck diving in Scapa Flow than the standard guided dive.
Shipwrecks represent an extremely dynamic environment and it is important that wreck dives are planned with knowledge and precision. During the course special emphasis is placed on buoyancy and propulsion techniques when diving on wrecks to minimise any problems that may occur with silt. One of our experienced instructors will introduce you to the rules of wreck penetration, using specialised equipment such as reel and lines and other navigating techniques. Greater emphasis is placed on in water ability, rather than classroom study, allowing you to get even more pleasure out of diving these unique and magnificent wrecks of Scapa Flow.
