PADI Enriched Air Nitrox
Diving with Enriched Air Nitrox or (EAN) allows you to extend your bottom times and shorten your surface intervals.
Enjoy a no decompression time of 30 minutes at 30m compared with just 20 minutes on Air!
Nitrox is a breathing gas with an oxygen content of between 21% and 40%, consequently you are breathing less nitrogen so can dive for longer as your body is taking on less nitrogen. This is especially noticeable within the 18-30m range. Perfect Scapa depths!
Whilst being a stand-alone course, this course is often bolted on to and combined with other courses and guided dives that we offer at Scapa Scuba.
In summary ...
As a stand-alone, the Nitrox specialty is a theory only course which consists of several hours of class room study and an exam. If you bolt this on to an existing course the theory is done the evening before your scheduled days diving. Everybody qualified from PADI Open Water and above is eligible to do the course.

iNitrox (when bolted onto any courses/guided dives): £125
