Reasons to dive with Scapa Scuba:
'try a dive' TODAY! - Dive for the first time ever on a Blockship wreck at the Churchill Barriers which were sunk between 1915 and 1940 to protect the British Naval Fleet in Scapa Flow. This half-day course is available to everyone who has never dived before.
Open Water Diver - This is a 4 day course, which upon successful completion you will be a certified diver PADI Open Water Diver and able to dive to a maximum depth of 18m with a buddy independently of an instructor.
Advanced Open Water diver - The Advanced Open Water course is a 5 dive course and can be run over either 2 or 3 days, depending on your previous experience. If you are comfortable in dry suit diving, it is possible to complete the course over 2 days. If you have no previous dry suit experience the course is run over 3 days.
Rescue Diver - Although exhilarating and addictive, scuba diving is a potentially dangerous sport. Up until now all your diver training has focused on your individual safety, however during the PADI Rescue Diver course you will focus on other divers safety as well as your own.
Emergency First Response - This is a medically based assistance course enabling students to follow, at the layman's level, the same emergency procedures and priorities used by paramedics and doctors.
Divemaster - The Divemaster course is designed to develop your leadership abilities by expanding your knowledge, judgement and skills to a higher and professional level.
